EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES
FOREST supports our volunteer EMS providers who donate thousands of hours to respond to their neighbors’ medical emergencies. Your donations will go to provide additional. medical equipment for ambulances and assist our EMTs with other expenses incurred.
SPECIAL OPERATIONS
Our special operations division works alongside the police, ambulance, fire, and other public safety personnel to provide additional support as needed. From traffic support to sheltering those displaced by disasters, special operations are well-prepared to handle any emergency that may arise.
HOW YOUR DONATION HELPS
Your donation will allow us to buy more equipment for our trucks and support our volunteer’s work.
EQUIPMENT
Providing the best care to the residents of Ridgewood means we need to have the right tools. Your money goes to buy life-saving equipment such as the LUCAS device which performs compressions on those in cardiac arrest.
VOLUNTEERS
Our volunteers do not receive wages for their work, so we aim to provide them with what they need to get the job done. During storms, FOREST provides meals to volunteers who are in the station, standing by to handle emergencies.
